Basic Ballet movements taught in a fun and supportive environment. Ballet can help develop coordination, strength, flexibility and balance. The class takes you through a traditional ballet structure of barre work and centre practise as well as elements of new techniques such as floor and power barre.
This class is aimed at anyone who wants to try something new as well as those revisiting ballet. Please wear comfortable clothing that is tight fitting. Leotard/ballet shoes are preferred but not mandatory.
