Beginner’s Tai Chi at Hethersett Church Hall
Learn the first yang style tai chi forms from the 8-Step in a small and friendly, supportive group.
We also practice the ancient and hugely beneficial chi kung and other energy exercises plus group meditation.
No experience necessary.
Tai chi has many health benefits including building up the core muscles, improving balance and assisting with regaining condition after a spell of illness. It can also reduce stress and is suitable for most levels of fitness.
