Belly Dance

Classes include a warm up, basic moves, a focus on a move, choreography's, feel good dance and cool down.
Bring a scarf to tie around your waist, and wear comfortable clothing like leggings or a skirt. Belly Dance is usually done barefoot, which helps with posture and body awareness. You can wear non slip shoes such as ballet pumps.
