BOOGIE BOUNCE/ LEGS, BUMS AND TUMS / DANCERCISE
Put simply – bouncing on a mini trampoline is unlike regular trampolining; the aim isn't to bounce high or perform gymnastic tricks, but to perform a series of small, controlled movements. Boogie ounce is dancing with intervals of jumping, bouncing, frogging and stomping, to name but a few moves, performed to music and a set programme. The mat of the mini trampoline is used as a resistance tool which makes the whole programme two to three times more effective than a normal everyday aerobics class. Anyone and everyone can do this at their own pace whilst gaining the impressive health results that are normally associated withhigh impact aerobic classes, without even LegsBums realising it!
Our 45/50 minutes classes are designed to promote a fun, party like atmosphere with inspiring music.
Our instructors are all qualified and understand the different fitness needs of an individual and want to encourage all shapes and sizes and all walks of life to our classes. Our instructors tailor their classes to suit their attendees and are highly motivational in helping individuals achieve their long term fitness goals
Dancercise – incorporates a variety of different styles including hip hop,street, salsa, meringue, mambo, and many others, this class is for those who want to have fun whilst getting fit! Great for the cardiovascular system & burning calories fast.. the more you groove…the more you lose!
About me – Paulina
After over 30 years of performing in the West End, touring and working abroad, I hung up the dancing shoes and moved to Norfolk 12 years ago, where I worked at Potters resort for many years as a singer/dancer then became a Mum. After gaining 3 stone in pregnancy, I had a new found appreciation of how difficult it is for people to shift the weight, and so became a Zumba instructor and discovered how getting back into shape didn't need to be boring.
I want to share a wealth of experience gained as a professional dancer with other people and hopefully inspire and help with getting fit.
Legs Bums n Tums
Great for Mums who want to lose that Mummy tummy, this class is aimed at toning & sculpting those vital areas whilst strengthening the Core at the same time, & also gaining flexibility yet burning calories..great for those on weight loss programs that need to tone up.
