Dementia Café at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Attleborough

Attleborough Day Centre has taken over the running of the Dementia Café. If you have dementia, or you are caring for someone with dementia, come along to the café for a cup of tea and a chat. Alzheimer's Society will continue to offer Dementia support and we can help to signpost you to an appropriate service.
