Extend Gentle Exercise Class for 60+
During this class you will be led through a variety of physical activities including a warm-up, short low impact aerobic section, muscle & endurance exercises, line & country dance routines and flexibility stretches. We also share jokes, useful information and laugh together. Refreshments are available at the end of the class for which a small charge is made.
