Legs Bums & Tums (Back to the 80s & 90s)

This class is made up of a combination of low impact cardio and conditioning exercises choreographed to the music, work at your own pace with the option to work at a higher level.

The class is broken down into three sections:-

1. Exercise with small weights for fat burning and boosting metabolism

2. Cardio phase and exercise to music to increase your heartrate, improve blood circulation and lung capacity. Lots of fun.

3. Stomach/core exercises using mats.
