Tai Chi and Qigong in Lyng, Norfolk
The Lyng class is a mixed Tai Chi and Qigong class, with no experience needed.
The class takes place in the village hall which is large, pleasant and easy to find, on The aim of this friendly class is a mixture of relaxation and increasing awareness of posture and control. People who attend regularly find the class enjoyable, interesting, and increase stamina, flexibility and stability.
We have been teaching 123 Tai Chi for over 20 years.
Thousands of students have enjoyed our classes, and readily tell us about significant benefits they have felt such as:

The course will run for six week terms, followed by one week break, then another six week term etc.
We encourage our students to do as much as they feel able to, without pushing their comfort zone too far. In this way we achieve safe practice and steady progress.
We meet on Mondayss at 2.0pm, until 3.0pm Most people arrive early, to chat, or practice.
