Tai chi is a non-competitive martial art known for its self-defense techniques and health benefits. As a form of exercise, it combines gentle physical exercise and stretching with mindfulness.

The Activity Schedule is as follows:

Beginners: 11.30am until 12.30pm on Wednesdays
10.00am until 11.15am on Wednesdays
Mixed Abilities:
10.00am until 11.30am on Fridays
